Version 5c release
All - fix text that was previously cut-off for COOLIE controls

Barring any errors or omissions, this may end up being the final release. But
please, if you have suggestions for improvement, put them in the comments or
reach out to me on the forums, my username there is Raven257.

As always, thank you all for your support and enthusiasm for this file series
:) Your continued suggestions and assistance is very much appreciated!

Version 5b minor release
I finally discovered what has been causing a slight "ghosting" effect on the
SVG characters in previous releases. This update is purely a cosmetic update
aimed at solving those issues.

Also, changed package format to .zip from .7z. Hopefully this helps those
having issues extracting the files.

### 20201005 ###
Correct missing or inaccurate listings. Extensive rewrite of
worksheet structure, now references content from single source. Special
thank you to @Rhinozherous for bringing these to my attention! Hopefully I got
all of them (did I?)

### 20201003 ###
Initial release! I haven't spent much time with the module yet, but
from looking at the manual, my understanding is that the HOTAS commands fully
carry-over from the "original" A-10C. There is one primary difference,
however, and that is the HOTAS commands regarding the HMCS system. These have
been added.

If you come across any errors or omissions, please let me know and I'll update
as soon as I can! Thank you for downloading!

And as always, thank you to Paul Marsh his chart that served
as the basis for these files.
